This site was made with the intention of documenting the various posters that is posted around Oslo, Norway. I got inspired to start this site after looking at Jarr Geerligs flickr photostream with photos of posters found in Amsterdam (now with an amazing collection of 1293 Posters – as of September 20, 2009).
I’ve taken snaps of posters occasionally the last 4-5 years, now finally i’ve started to put them online. Not as big collection as Mr. Geerlig’s collection, but i hope to take more photos now.

26th of january 2010 www.trondheimposters.net also came up! Trondheim is Norways 3rd largest city with a good creative community. Trondheimposters is run by Ståle Gerhardsen and Knut-Erik Øverjord from www.uredd.no
Osloposters.net was set up by Stig N. Andersen 5th of october 2009.

I would really dig it if you want to contribute. My daily travels doesn’t take me around town that much so it feels pretty limited at the moment. Also Osloposters want to keep this as a strict photo-gallery, so no jpg’s of designs that are not printed.
